Our Mad Swans Honey is the produce of beehives homed on our property.

This honey is at its tastiest before July 2027.

Once opened, we recommend storing your honey in a cool dry place.

Mad Swans Honey is a natural product and, like all honey, should not be given to children under 12 months.

Mad Swans Honey is fully compliant with UK food-business requirements and produced to high safety and quality standards. All hives are registered, beekeepers are trained to Level 2+ in food hygiene, and every batch meets the Honey Regulations 2015, including moisture content under 20% with no additives or adulteration.
