Located in the South Downs national park, Mad Swans is the first of its kind in an industry-shifting initiative endorsed by golfing greats Sir Nick Faldo, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods.
Having worked on some of the most iconic and historic courses in the world - including several in the Open Championship rota, such as Royal Portrush, Royal St George’s and Turnberry – our world-renowned designers, Mackenzie & Ebert, have poured their expertise into 12 characterful holes that weave between lush treescapes and show-stopping water features.
It’s a course designed to challenge your game, without hijacking your day. It’s golf, reimagined; faster, more fun, and perfectly sized to satisfy that craving.

Nobody loves our course more than our designers. We tore up the rule book and gave them license to pack all of their best tricks into 12 characterful holes. It’s tight, it’s clever, and made to play again (and again).

Our course is now available for pre-opening rounds this October & November, before Mad Swans in the South Downs launches in full this coming Spring.
23rd September - 1st October: Holes 7-12 are open and bookable everyday. Rounds are £15 per person.
2nd October - End of November: All 12 holes are open and bookable on Thursdays-Sundays. Rounds are £30 per person.
